1,000 current and aspiring Trainers of Pastors (1/2 under 50 years of age) from nonformal, formal, and informal training sectors.
Fellowshipping with other pastoral trainers was a great joy and I had the blessing of forming strategic relationships ... while working diligently to see leaders equipped to preach biblically, think biblically and live biblically. Hundreds of pastors have been trained because of the inspiration I received from GProCongress.
I have been honored to reinforce my ministry calling as a pastor trainer to envision the next level and season of ministry. Hearing the information about the [pastor training] industry has been a big part of my assessment of ministry effectiveness. It is of most importance, as well, to find spiritual resources related to pastoral growth to connect all my peers who are leading biblically and preaching biblically.
Some pastors with seminary education look down on others who are called to do ministry without formal training. We have a big responsibility towards those needy pastors...We thank the GProCommission for opening our eyes.
"In 2021, the GProCommission produced a Global Integrated Report:
Initiatives and Activities in the Training of Pastors Worldwide, 2016-2020,"
documenting the follow-up from GProCongress I.
