1,000 current and aspiring Trainers of Pastors (1/2 under 50 years of age) from nonformal, formal, and informal training sectors.

I have been honored to reinforce my ministry calling as a pastor trainer to envision the next level and season of ministry. Hearing the information about the [pastor training] industry has been a big part of my assessment of ministry effectiveness. It is of most importance, as well, to find spiritual resources related to pastoral growth to connect all my peers who are leading biblically and preaching biblically.
The GProCongress was a huge shift for the ministry. I went from focusing on training pastors to focusing on training more trainers. Because of this, the number of pastors we have trained has tripled since the GProCongress.
